The Colors of White

As the moon bid goodbye to the land and moved to the west, the stars faded, the sun glowed, the flowers bloomed into different colors, the roosters croaked, and the sun rose. It was a lovely day then. I went to the shore and watched the clear waters of the sea. As the waters reflected the sun, I turn my back because it was too luminous. There I saw the dark clouds moving from the west, whispering the wind to blow them to the city. In a matter of a few minutes, the sun’s reflection was lost in the waters. All things got a little bit darker. The dark clouds settled above the city. The wind blew hard, the lightning stroked, and the rain started to fall. I returned home disappointed. We can’t do many things under the rain. We can’t play or walk with our dog. We can’t jog or use our bicycle. We can’t taste the energy that the sun gives. All we can see above is the grayish sky and nasty lightings flashing in a blitz. The rain is the time of sorrow. I remember my past during the rain. My past brings my destiny here. If I had succeeded the trial before, I can succeed the trials in the next chapters of my life. After remembering the past, I went out and sense that the rain began to stop. The nimbus clouds faded, the sky was cleared, and the sun rose. Suddenly, a rainbow flashed and filled the sky with the colors of white.

The rainbow contains seven different colors. It divides the white light into red, orange yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet. The rainbow only comes after the rain. The remaining moisture in the sky divides the white light into several colors. They act as a prism and form a rainbow.

I consider the rainbow as the color of white. It shows the true colors of the sun. it fills the sky with brilliant colors. People said, “After sorrow, there is joy. After the rain, there is a rainbow.” And it was true.

There are many meanings that the colors of the rainbow can give. I have my own meaning for these colors too. Red is the symbol of love. It tells us that we should love all people, even our enemies. This way, the opposite and dark side of red, which is war, will never exist. Orange is the color for understanding. We must understand each other to create peace and love in this world. Yellow is the color for hope. Never lose hope. We might be down for now. But if we fight for it, we will obtain success. Green is the color of life. Remember that you should be thankful you are given life. You were made for a purpose, your life were made for others. Blue is one color for peace. We can obtain peace if we have love and understanding for each other. Indigo is the color of success. All we need is to believe in ourselves because there are many things that we can do what others cannot. Violet is the color of royalty. Everybody is royal in many ways. We are made equal. There should no one be above them the others.

All of us have his or her owned color. We must combine our colors and make ourselves one. This way the world will progress and shall make a better future.
